"Coles, in general, is a great place to get all your groceries. They also have alot of international foods for South Africans, Americans, Indians, Mexicans, and Asians . All from our home countries. Fair prices. Everything you get here, you can get at most supermarkets, and their prices are better than Woolworths, a bit of advice for any new comers in Australia."
"What an absolute basket case of a store Baulkham Hills Coles has become. Once a great place, I have shopped there for over ten years, now a nightmare. Staff are openly complaining to customers about the lack of other staff and support, the manager at the checkout squawks and yells from the ACO, disregarding customers who frankly, do not want to hear about staff issues and disagreements, the concept of Face-Up appears to be non-existent, with stock all over the place, and now without a Deli, fish and fresh meat options are almost non-existent. Prawns are wrapped in plastic on a tray and after purchasing and taking home, the stench of an off-prawn due to a hole in the wrapping was horrendous. Less and less options being sold and as a Coeliac, a shrinking gluten free range is also disappointing. The new store manager has simply no concept of creating a pleasurable experience for shoppers. Vote with your feet would be my suggestion."
