"I have found all Woolies stores to provide good, clean, fresh produce. I can usually find what I want or don't want. Sometimes checkout can be slow because of queues, again when you have more than can be managed at the self checkout."
"Rude self check out "assistant" aggressively rude approaching when I was self checking out with quite a few bulky items and wanted to do things at my own pace not at a rushed pace. I was operating the machine just fine . But the rude kept approached and accused us of not understanding the machine in condescending and very rude way. Shame on you. You don’t know a thing yourself! Don’t you work in customer service role if u can’t respect customers! This happened around 5.30pm 27.6.2023"
"Edit: The past few visits have been great, staff are regularly at the checkout and more checkouts open. Pleasant visits. Completely ignored by 2 staff members, waited over 7 minutes until I was told they “won’t be long” because I am a person living in Sydney, I have places to be. Thankfully the lovely attendant at self serve scanned the items for me. Woolworths need to pick up there game. People do not want to work for free for your company. Have employed workers serving in a timely manner. Customers shouldn’t be waiting at empty cashiers while the staff ignore them."
