"Amazing pharmacy! Had all the products I needed for my trip and Hany, the pharmacist was most accomodating for the covid testing. Thank you again! 100% recommend this pharmacy to everyone"
"This pharmacy provided us with our rapid antigen test (cost was $50) for our flight to Fiji! Thanks so much Hany (the pharmacist) who assisted us through this! He accommodated us 15 minutes before closing time!"
"Very rude, arrogant JP/pharmacist!! Today I had to certify some documents which include the Visa grant letter that I had to print out. She told me she can't certify it, becos she "wouldnt know if it has been modified" (like seriously?). So I told her I can show the email that was sent from the Dept of Home Affairs. She refused to see it, and kept telling me she can't sign it, and only told me how she went to her friend's house and saw the friend printing document out of the email, then signed it. She kept arrogantly explaining to me how she can't sign it, in a very rude tone, and asked me "do you understand the concept?". I understand JPs are volunteers, but no need to be nasty! You could explain in a friendlier and nicer tone. Anyway, I ended up getting my documents certified elsewhere, in another pharmacy, who not only signed all my docs without questions but let me photocopy a document (with no charge!). Dont bother coming here for a JP service."
"Both Kim the Pharmacist and Ada are so good at their jobs, remembering me and I only visit once a month or less. Saw a customer yesterday break a bottle due to his own clumsiness and he didn't even offer to pay. They are polite and very helpful, but I see people who are clearly unwell and short tempered but the still have a cheery outlook I go there because of the professional nature and friendly environment"
"I come here regularly and find them extremely helpful. It’s a very busy pharmacy and I understand that people come in looking for JP services. I have seen them get frustrated with the pharmacists when perhaps they don’t have their right paperwork. People need to understand JP’s are volunteers and have to balance their work and legal requirements. Please show some compassion and also know that there is another JP at Town Hall House everyday at lunchtime, literally 20 metres away!"
