"I've never had a good experience at this chemist. Firstly the prices are consistently higher than those at other chemists in Crows Nest and North Sydney. The service I have received is also fair to average - just generally unhelpful and unfriendly. Went there today and the person serving wasn't wearing a mask despite masks being currently mandated in indoor environments in Sydney (although there are valid exemptions). I asked the person serving why they weren't wearing a mask and they said it was because their glasses fog up. Really? That is hardly a valid excuse - half the population wouldn't be wearing a mask if it was. There are plenty of solutions available to help prevent your glasses fogging up. If you really find it impossible to stop them fogging up, then as a person who is present within the shop all day and fronting customers (including vulnerable customers) you could at least attempt a compromise such as wearing a face shield. Not good enough. I left and went to another chemist in Crows Nest and got the same product I was after for $6 less ($32 vs $38)."
