"Love it as back to better than pre-pandemic level of full showroom and items - Looks nice. Girl at the checkout was helpful. I have to say the stock is new, unlike other Indian supermarkets. One problem was there was no display of Prices in many shelves displayed at all as also no price marked on the items also. May be it could be temporary. But when I took 2 ready to eat 300 gms items of Haldirams and after paying I found for 4.50 x 2 = 9.00 I thought if I knew the price I would have taken a different brand for $2.50. So non display of price costed me $4 more. In Australia I think it is mandatory to display prices. Thats why if they display prices properly this will be great place to shop indian items."

"The new management has opened the shop as Nilgiris Supermarket. But still there are a lot of things missing. First of all, No Refund to products billed i mean I just billed the product and realised one of the product was at high cost so I asked to remove that and refund. But they said the bill payment was made so can't refund . That's not fair. .!! Btw, The shop has no price tag for 80% of the products, so I can never know the actual price of the product, understand the management is new, but should accept refunds when I've not even stepped out of the store. Not sure, what other dramas are awaiting on the long run. Will keep updated."
"Enjoyability wise this place is lacking. Convenience wise, it's very helpful. No social aspect or community involvement in this place anymore. Limited kids resources/play areas, it has turned from a fun social hub which promoted socialising to a mundane commercial metropolis. On the upside, the selection of items is large, ranging from snacks to kitchenware and other items. Convenient place to go for a quick shopping trip. Overall a 4/5."
"Big Indian store with variety of options, ranging from fresh produce to frozen, varied rice bags, dal, spices etc., all Indian. You can also get puja items, pressure cookers,cooking utensils, ayurvedic medicines, beauty care products. They also sell fresh snacks everyday.Prices were average but after pandemic some product prices have increased because of short supply and increase by suppliers. Overall a place where you expect to get what you are looking for."
