Reviews
"Usually given 5 star service, so always have been happy to return. Today however I was subjected to one of my pet hates. After being served, the phone rang, and I was made to wait whilst a lengthy discussion took place. So two annoyances...1. Anyone calling on the phone is given priority, anyone else can just wait. 2. on making a complaint, unable to see anything wrong with making me wait."
"The service from the pharmacist was below standards. Pharmacists have an obligation to do their clinical checks. The pharmacist here relied on the technology of e-scripts which (even The Guild are aware) still have teething issues. I was travelling from interstate and needed an emergency supply of medication, went to the doctors and got a script (listed with the generic name) and was told that the brand I wanted was in stock - but wasn't the same thing (which is incorrect). Clinical checks are so important - in this case the brand of insulin wasn't going to be dangerous. However, there are cases even in the pharmacy I work at back home where simply scanning a scripts barcode and supplying is not enough. I am ashamed for the standard this pharmacy has set for the rest of the profession. Practice like this is why pharmacists get a bad reputation."
"I visited this pharmacy because it was open early on a Sunday. The pharmacist was very polite and professional, but the woman who was the assistant serving customers is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Interestingly, I’ve seen her referenced in other reviews. Would never return if she is working. Made you feel as if you ruined her day by spending money there. Also, chemist is more expensive than local small chemists in rohini street and Eastern road, not to mention the chemist warehouse around the corner."
"The pharmacist is a nice guy but the old lady who is working there is so rude. Always double check the price with other chemists as they normally overcharge you. If that lady is the owner I think its better for her to stay at home."
"A 'mature' woman served (if you can call it that) my teenage daughter and embarrassed her about her auto-immune condition in front of other customers. She left feeling judged and humiliated. Bad customer service. Of all places, chemist staff should be trained to be discreet and non-judgemental in their service regardless of who or what they are dealing with (not that an auto-immune disease should be anything to judge in the first place!)"
