They seemed to rush through services, and my nails ended up below average. I had made an appointment, but upon arrival, there were only two technicians handling multiple clients, causing delays. During my treatment, I noticed some improper nail removal methods, which concerned me. Unfortunately, the rushed service led to mistakes like using the wrong-sized tips, cutting me, and painting on my skin. The salon also charged me extra for incorrect shellac removal. I personally won't be returning, and I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously to improve for future clients. Considering the premium service prices, it's important to prioritise quality and proper time management to protect the experience of other clients."
