"Will not be going back - uneducated and horrible. 36 weeks pregnant and had a script from the hospital. They refused to fill the prescription because they ‘were concerned for the babies health’. The medication has no effect on the baby and she didn’t even bother to check just said she won’t fill it."

"Had an appointment for a booster vaccination, arrived for my appointment only to be told the pharmacist wasn’t in as they were sick. Had to register my details for the appointment so they had my phone number, didn’t even give the courtesy of sending a text message to let me know. After reading your response, I want to add that I appreciate people get sick, especially in these times. My complaint was that I didn’t receive any notification, my appointment was 9:30am, and the chemist was in no way closing early. A relative also had an appointment and attended with me, they also didn’t receive any notification. Judging by the couldn’t care less attitude of the person who served us, I highly doubt a notification was sent."

"I booked with Xtreme Chemist Blacktown for Moderna Booster vaccine through Medadvisor for myself and my wife. We both received confirmation about the same. When we went in for booster shot, we found that a person across the counter did not had mask on him. We both signed paperwork confirming Moderna Booster vaccine to be given. After Vaccine was given we were asked to wait only for 5 mins (in previous occasions we were asked to wait for 15 minutes). When we checked our medicare record we both were given Pfizer Vaccine and we were not informed about it at all. Not happy with the process."

"The pharmacist administering COVID vaccines appeared as if he was under the influence of drugs. His manner and speech gave the impression he was completely out of it during my time there. Or he was trying to waste our time on purpose. I'll never know. Took my parents here for their Covid booster shots. The pharmacist had difficulty comprehending simple things. Sometimes I had to repeat myself several times, often he appeared to be not fully aware what he was doing. He put my dad's cards in his personal card wallet for some reason and later forgot he'd done so, insisting he'd given them back. After a good half hour at his computer he told us he couldn't verify the info on my dad's Medicare card and he couldn't proceed. We left without bothering trying to get my mum's shot. The other staff member was lovely and helpful, so it's a shame that our overall experience was awful."
