"Was in Priceline Rouse Hill today there were no tissues in any of the make up stands. There was over 30 slots that were empty. Went to the staff member at the counter that gave me a serviette. When I mentioned that they were all empty her care factor was zero. All the samples were dirty and not maintained and the floors not much better. Walked in there with the hope of buying new cosmetics and skincare and walked out with nothing.Customer service is zero. My rating of the experience is zero."
"pretty much just a makeup store at this location. went in to buy hayfever medication and the selection for medication was worse than a supermarket. Ended up going to terry white a few stores down where they had medicines and were happy to serve me."

"Always shop here but have noticed staff are never really helpful compared to the Priceline at The Ponds. Didn't really let it bother me until I had really rude and just unacceptable service this morning at around 11:30. Purchased a bunch of items and the checkout chick was just horrid. No "Hello", no smile... just a curt stare, raised eyebrow and surly mood. Asked me to repeat my mobile number by just saying "Again?" Who raised this girl? Wolves? No manners or sense of common decency. Seriously, people forget the reason they even have a job in retail is to deal with and assist customers. Without customers they would be out of work. Never coming back and will be heading to The Ponds despite the extra distance as the staff there are warm and friendly."
