"The workers are terrible here. Waited 10 minutes before I was served. The old lady with orange hair saw me and just went back to packing the shelves. I finally got served by the black hair girl full of make up and long terrible nails and she just thought our conversation was a joke. Even the old tall pharmacist is weird. Wont be returning."
"Will never come to this chemist for anything. Any business that is okay with ripping people off does not deserve to be operating. They are charging $20 per R.A.T covid test, even going as far as opening multipacks meant to be sold as one, and putting them in little ziplock bags to sell for even more. Do not recommend."
"They said they will call once maedication arrived but they have not. When you ring them up, they barely understand what your saying despite of giving them all the appropriate details. Telephone manners also a bit funny!"
"You reckon all staff are nice the woman who served me argued about the price when I knew I was right then gave me some lame excuse she doesn't know what's on the tickets I said don't you work here she questioned my disagreement but never offered to look and see if I was correct I even apologised for being wrong at the time after going back to correct her she said oh wow what sought of response is that I won't be shopping at this chemist at riverstone ever again her customer service skills need to be in check in my opinion her name is Kim"
