"It is a bank without any physical branches so you will be relying on their ridiculous Internet banking services. I had encountered technical issues when I tried to access my bank account via their website and Apps. AMP was aware of those technical issues and told me those issues have been affecting all of their customers. I wrote emails to them and complained about it. They asked me to write an email to them via the Apps I cannot use. It is impossible for you to access your money online with this online ONLY bank."
