"Don't order click and collect at this place, ordered the day before for the next morning and when my order said ready to collect the next day I went there to pick it up, then the moody order picker told me I had to wait until she picked the other orders before I could collect mine which was done. They made me wait around for hours honestly it's utterly pathetic. Tried to click and collect and save time but ended up wasting hours because of some moody order picker with poor attitude. Would of been better and quicker to just go in and do it myself. Going back to Woolworths not worth the problems at Coles."
