"I came to Pampa Nails to get a pedicure on a Monday afternoon. The nail lady was working by herself, but she was very efficient on her own. I came at a good time with only one customer before me. The pedicure included the massage chair, foot bath, nail trim and filing, foot wash and moisturising, and the nail polish application. Even though she was working on her own, she didn't rush, but provided a quality experience. Thank you very much for the great service at a reasonable price!"

"Had my nails dipped in acetone, then waited 40 minutes for them to start applying sns. The acetone must be cheap because my eyeballs nearly dripped out and the skin on my fingers was shiny and tight. The actual application and shape was quite good and the price was reasonable $40. For the sake of an extra $5 and the health of your nails I would go elsewhere."

"I went to get my hair and manicure done. It was the WORST service ever. There was only one person in the shop. I asked for caramel hair colour and she did jet black and charged me $150 for that. She didn't even clean the dye off my face and I had black dye on my forehead. She washed my hair and did not blow dry,she gave me the hair dryer asking me to do it. Another lady who booked an appointment had to remove her own nail polish herself as she was occupied with another customer. The nail took her roughly 2 and half hours to do and they are all cracked. My nails were done only on Friday. Terrible customer service and in the end I was charge $170 for JET BLACK HAIR COLOUR when my hair is already black and the nails are all cracked. The lady wasn't apologetic at all. I would NOT EVER recommend this place at all."
