"Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a click and collect and wasn’t even given a confirmation to pick up which has never happened with any previous click and collect orders from any other Priceline in the area. Then when I approached the counter no one could even tell me where my order was or how to give it to me. Clearly there was also a language barrier. Then as I was leaving the shopping canter I was chased down the elevator by one of the workers and was falsely accused of stealing my own click and collect order that I had already paid for over 12 hrs prior to pick up. First and last time I will be purchasing or doing a click and collect order with this Priceline. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Booked appointment for vaccine in the morning, received confirmation but when I went there they said I can only buy vaccine now but need to come back again at 5pm again to administer. It would have saved me a time and trip had they informed me before confirming appointments. What is the point of confirming an appointment if they are not going to administer vaccine at the booked time."
