"Very unprofessional have been waiting over 2 months and still nothing keeps saying it will be done today and nothing is done won't answer my calls but will if I call off a different number they says it will be done today and still nothing is done STAY SWAY FROM CAPITAL FINANCE"

"Used to be called liberty finance. As a young fella I foolishly took up a loan with them from a car dealership for 27% interest. I had no idea what that meant at the time. So in short on a $20,000 car I payed off about $37,000 then fell behind in payments. They repossessed the car and I still owed $8,000 ( by this time they had changed there name to Capital finance). To top it off they keep calling me to sell me more finance. They hardly let me get a word in and after hundreds of calls from as many different numbers they Won’t take me off there call list."

"Why bother ..... Whilst the fellow I spoke to was courteous and obviously had successfully completed the "empathy" module of his customer service training, their internal processes are appallingly slow. We sent a Letter of Authority for my spouse to act on my behalf on Tuesday 6am. On Friday, they still hadn't actioned it and wouldn't allow the required changes to be made. Told to ring back next Tuesday. REALLY!! You need a whole week to action a basic email in this modern day and age. I suggest you get some overpriced consultants to come into your workplace to help you implement some automated processes."

"Very rude people. Spoke on the phone to one of the managers called "DREW" he was very rude and unprofessional. I was only asking to escalate the request to generate a payout letter, he was not helpful and hung up the phone on me twice."

"DON'T DO IT!! OUTRAGEOUS penalties for any renegotiation or potential early payout. Plenty of others out there who will give MUCH BETTER deals and service!!!"
