We’ve entered into an agreement, they’ve not been able to come to a resolution with the supplier and have rejected the request for a refund (or partial) in this case. They are very pushy with taking a $250 settlement fee, when it cost me in excess of $3,000 for this one case. Furthermore, they will call you without notifying you during work hours to ask you very sensitive and personal questions, as if you don’t have a job or you’re waiting for their call. I highly recommend not feeding into these lies upon enquiry, and going elsewhere."
