"The person that did my nails is usually excellent. Today she had 8-9 people all seated waiting for her to do their nails. There’s no way one person can adequately service all these people alone. I think management/the owners are being incredibly unreasonable here expecting one person to be able to cope. This is minimum a two person job, probably a three person job on busy days like the lead in to Christmas. From the time I sat down I was there for over two hours and I left with a rushed job, not great quality nails and red SNS polish residue on my skin that couldn’t be washed off. This business needs to treat their staff and their customers better."
