"My nails look good and seems like value for money. However, I would have thought there would be some cuticle care but it was just very basic - cuticle drill bit and that’s it. The workspace is pretty messy/dirty. I wonder how often they clean their manicure tools. They dip your nails directly to the original powder container."

"The staff working do not clean or sanitize between clients. Same dirty file, clippers and cuticle scissors shared across clients. Reused towels, bin overflowing, no soap when asked to wash hands & the spare room looks like hoarders live there. Such a shame as the staff are lovely and the actual manicure were great. The shellac has last two weeks on my natural nails. But so unhygenic am too scared to go back. Was almost sick seeing the dirty equipment reused. No sight of a UV sanitiser. I was there on a quiet afternoon during the week. I appreciate many of these salons are the same, affordable, quick turnaround, low standards - but was hoping for better having read the reviews."
