"absolutely horrible experience. i went in for a simple acrylic refill with French tips. i asked her to please keep the length and shape. she files down the polish as you do with a refill. then starts to file my nails after acrylic application. she filed them into almond nearly stilleto after i asked to keep the same oval shape. she then filed the length right down after i told her twice to keep the shape and length the same. then she put me with another lady because she had to “go home” then proceeded to work on a new walk in client. the new lady then kept going to put my nails in a stiletto shape i then told her NO I came here asking to keep my nail shape the same. she then tried rounding them off. she did my French tips very uneven and thick when I said please keep them a thin line. they then charged me an extra $15 minutes because I took more then the usual time. absolutely pathetic. overall they look horrible. i will not be returning here. if i could give 0 stars i would"

"Second time going there for shellac, same problem, it cracks or comes off after one to two days, very disappointing"

"i got coffin white nails with a layered heart for the ring finger, i was charged $80 which is ridiculous for a basic design and short length, the lady didn’t even push back my cuticles or cut my cuticles and what’s even worse is that the lengths aren’t all the same, ones shorter then the other, i couldn’t speak up at the nail salon because i have anxiety but i wish i did, i seriously hate them a lot and they are definitely not worth $80, they are short and badly designed, i wish i never got them done here. never coming back"

"Prices are fantastic, team is absolutely amazing time and time again. I always get so many compliments on my nails, definitely a regular customer at this point! They're always super friendly and go above and beyond to provide a quality service. Any time I've had an issue they are always super quick to rectify it and they're loyalty card system is a great way to keep ongoing customers. My only complaint is that because they are so popular sometimes appointment times run late but aside from that I really can't fault them. Thumbs up guys 5/5 stars!"
