"Do NOT go here. Find another salon. I went with my friend to get mani pedis. We called in advance and they said they could fit us in. We were in the salon for over two hours - at many moments left unattended. This is not the problem. My friend had her shellac removal on her hands for an extended period of time. When she finally took off the foil on her own someone put her hands in a dish of liquid. She was left for another 20 minutes and when her hands started to burn she realized they put her hands in acetone by accident vs water. No apology at all. My pedicure was done very poorly. I asked them to fix it - it was redone 2x and still resulted in a very bubbly application of polish. No apologies. We had been there for so long that we wanted to just leave. I called an hour after getting home and asked for a refund for the service. The woman on the phone was hostile and refused to provide a refund. She refused to let me speak to the owner. So frustrating - poor quality service and no rectification."
