"I had my nails done and not even a week later one popped off and another 2 were lifting. I went back in and the lady said "I can fix the one that broke off or take them off and re-do them" and I said "the other 2 are lifting, if I can get them re-done if that's okay?" So they got taken off and re-done. At the end they tried to charge me another $70. Full price, after giving me a faulty set, literally one week before. They argued with me, talked in their own language about me (ypu can always tell), treated me like i was crazy for thinking they were FIXING THIER FAULTY work. I told them I wasn't paying $70 and they can take them off when the (I'm guessing owner or manager) came and said she will do them at half price. Safe to say they have lost me ever going back!"

"When I walked in I explained that my current nail system could be easily removed with a nail file, she insisted the cost for removal was $5, I tried to explain it comes off easily but it’s not nail polish. She started talking in her language to her colleague clearly about me, and said to me rudely ‘it doesn’t come off with nail remover’. She didn’t flex or try to make me feel comfortable, quite the opposite. She was clearly annoyed at me. Then I asked if ombré nails was extra cost as I didn’t know, fair question I thought. She started telling her colleague in English right in front of me that she doesn’t work for free and couldn’t believe I asked. I didn’t talk back at the time as I had my young son with me and didn’t want to create a scene. She was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Will never recommend them and will never return and will be telling all my friends and family not to visit. They lost my business. Businesses like this should remember how tough they had it over lock down and never take their customers for granted but I guess some people will never learn."

"Worse Mani/pedi Ive ever had done. My shellac didnt even last the weekend, and my nails were filed wonky. They cut my toe nails crooked so now I have ingrown toe nails. The staff member who was tending to me was so rude, she asked me if I was pregnant. And ontop of everything, they over charged me. Worse place in Point cook, I would give them zero stars if I could. Save your money and go somewhere better."

"The lady who did my pedicure this afternoon really needs to learn how to do nails properly! No dead skin removed, the lengths were different, gel was over my skin, the edges were not clear…the only good part was foot massage I guess. This is the second time I tried this store and I couldn’t be more disappointed. (The first time the same lady served me, I asked for another lady to do my job after she filed my nails, she filed my skin off. I will never go back."
