"I was pleased with the service provided by administration member Keith and Nick as they both worked really hard to ensure that I receive an amazing service with lots of advice with the trip. They also both responded to my email really quickly as well as being helpful and professional in their service. Keith also went further by calling me several times to help me with my booking confirmation and payment. Well done! I was also generally pleased with our driver, Rob as he tried his best to listen to my other fellow passengers needs. He also turned up right on time from the first collection address. However, I felt like that his introduction could be been better as I walked to greet him when he first left the vehicle. However, when I attempted to greet him, he ignored me and walked straight pass me. It would been nice to be properly greeted by the driver. Another time that surprised me after Keith or Nick told me that the driver can only drive for 2 hours then receive a 30 minutes break, he told us that we could only have 20 minutes in the morning. Also, in the afternoon when we were travelling from back home, he only gave us a 5 minutes break in the middle of the trip, which I felt like it was really quick. Also, when we finished with our trip 20 minutes early and walked back to the bus, Rob yelled at us that he would fine us $120 per hour if he arrived late at our final destination. However, I find it rude since he is the driver and he determines the time we arrive. If this is part of your company policy, then I'm not happy with it. In addition, since he threatened us about paying extra money, we didn't get to go back and enjoy the beauty of the location before leaving. Next, at times I felt that he was travelling too fast as I recorded him travelling at 82 in a 60 zone. In light of this, in a 100 and 110 zone, he was able to keep within the limit at all times. However, I am delighted that Rob enforced several times about his concern for our safety. I was also pleased that Rob allowed my front passengers to listen to their own music using the phone and connecting it to the bus system. I was thankful that Rob turned on the air conditioning for the whole bus trip since we traveled on a warm day, although I felt really cold at times. I was also pleased that Rob is knowledgeable about the countryside surroundings and direction to Buchan Cave. However, I felt like that his knowledge with the direction near the first collection address and final destination really poor as the front passengers had to guide him the correct way to the destination. I was also pleased that Travel Safe worked really hard to choose a driver that fits us really well since the driver spoke the same first language as half of my passengers on board. Overall, great job. However, there's room for improvement especially with the driver. 4/5."

"Myself and my friends were so impressed with the Hunter Valley winery tour and transport to/from Newcastle that we were provided. Our driver was flexible and put up with all of our terrible singing on the bus after we'd had a few wines (I saw him sing along to a few songs too!). I would definitely recommend the company to other people if they are looking for an all inclusive winery tour/transport. The only feedback I would give is that it was hard to get vegan wines for the vegan people we had on our tour despite requesting this in advance. My friends were all still happy with the experience though, and it was not too hard to work around. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends (and already have in fact!)"

"My Travel Safe consultant was wonderful in helping me organise our work Christmas party. Any time i needed an adjustment or more information, he was right onto it without a problem. We had a wonderful day on our winery tour of the Hunter Valley, NSW. Our coach driver, Kris, was great. We did have a little bit of a timing issue, with not enough time allocated to get from Sydney to our first tasting, however we still had a really enjoyable day. I will definitely be using this company again."

"From start to finish this company was wonderful. They allow you to pay in instalments which was welcomed. But the best part was the coach driver, Wayne. The people on the bus commented on how considerate Wayne was and the passengers felt safe at all times. The passengers ages ranged from 20 - 90 and everyone was impressed. I ordered a coach with a toilet, the coach was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, I will definitely use them again. Don’t bother looking any further, this company delivers on excellency from start to end."

"I used their coach service to transfer a large group very late at night. First, the Booking was very easy and straightforward. I made several adjustments and Keith was very forthcoming and happy to help. On the day of the trip, I was quite anxious as I was going to convey a large group on two separate coaches, but the drivers were unbelievably helpful and patient. They were very professional. The trip was smooth no one in the group complained and I was so happy about this. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and families."
