"Went there as my daughter split her chin open at night and thought it needed to be glued. Reception lady was lovely. They saw me straight away, the nurse and doctor were fantastic with her. All sorted in 5-10 mins. So much better than an emergency hospital trip! Amazing experience."
"My partner attended this clinic on Wednesday. He presented with earache, loss of hearing, severe headache and fever the night before. He was unable to get an appointment with his local GP and was recommended to attend this clinic by a friend that is a nurse in another PPCC. When he saw the GP, he was immediately told that he should not be attending the clinic as it is an "urgent care clinic". I am not sure what her definition is of urgent care, but according to the inclusion criteria on your website, anybody with ENT problems will be seen. Funny how someone that presents with severe ear pain and loss of hearing that is prescribed antibiotics, isn't classed as Urgent!!!! My partner and I will never go back to this place, pity the government doesn't do spot check on where our tax money is going!!! We will never recommend any of our friends and family to go here. The Doctor should perhaps go back and read what the PPCC is all about and understand the Inclusion criteria!! Also interesting that they were not busy at all, apart from my partner, one other patient there!"
"My son bumped into a pole and was hurt. The school nurse gave us their contact and asked us to visit them for an urgent x-ray without requiring a GP's referral. However, we were not entertained. The receptionist was super rude. It just happened today at around 4:30pm. If you are sick of your job, move on but don't be rude. This behaviour defeats the purpose of having a priority care. If I need to go through the usual GP referral process in an urgency, what's the purpose of having such clinics?"
"Attended last night. From the 1st point of contact the lady at the desk was very helpful. Then the Triage nurse was very understanding. Then the doctor had no hesitation understanding my issue. I was in and out within the hour. Originally was told would be long wait but to my surprise was seen quickly. The staff we’re checking on me whilst waiting to be picked up by a family member. Keep up the good service"
"I had the best care for my toddler at the priority care centre from Nurse Katrina and Dr Nadia Shamsuddin. They were excellent with my scared child and you can tell that they have such compassion for the children. The Werribee Hospital had too long of a wait at the emergency room, so this service was very much appreciated for serious but non-urgent conditions. They have a radiology centre in the same building which makes it even more convenient and efficient. Thank you so much Nurse and Dr."
