"Unfortunately I have to say that this place was unprofessional. My family has been going here for years and I expected to have a helpful service. I had made an appointment the week before and when I got there on the day, I was rushed (took 4 minutes). I was also told that they have no time to look up anything other than 4 or 5 star hotels."
