They also referred me to an excellent tiler, Stuart Redmond Tiling who I would also highly recommend. Stuart is very experienced and we are extremely happy with his work. "Called the store to ask about a tile, the guy says to me "there is only 2 people working today and I have a floor full of customers, its better you come to the store..." Why would I come to the store if you dont have the tile... hence the phone call and if you are so busy why did you answer the phone in the first place to tell me you busy and cant help, thanks bye. Wow so rude! I wonder if he would have responded the same way if I was male! I just saw the stores response and what a load of rubbish. They responded 8 months after my call, its unlikely you even remember the call. I never put down the phone or became aggressive. Clearly projecting your actions onto me. At the end of the day, the guy was rude and poor customer service. The funny thing is I called the Seaforth store and they were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend the Seaforth store for excellent customer service. Maybe you guys could learn a thing or two from them."
