"If I could give them less than one star, I would. I had booked a commercial floor quote a couple of weeks back. I conversed with Karen over email, I gave her all the details regarding my location. Their tradesperson was meant to meet me at 4.30pm and I called at 4.35pm only to be told that he "didn't know the job was inside a centre and he didn't have capacity for commercial work". Maybe, here's an idea, don't book people in for commercial quotes if you're not doing commercial work. They have wasted my time. I've since learned the "tradesperson" who did this, is the owner. That's all I needed to know."
