Before I finish talking to you you hung up the phone on me and blocked me I thought you will listen to me and give me an explanation why you charged again $130 never mind I will never take him again to a butcher unprofessional person like you That wasn't true you getting mixed up with your stories, the fact that you hang up the phone on me after abusing me was a total shock to me. Max wasn't matted at all you just got greedy after I came the second time to you. Anyway money isn't an issue for me it's the principals the way you handle matters wasn't right to me."

I could tell when I picked her up that Robert is a great caring person and took great care of her. She had a full wash and trim and everything was perfect and even. Will definitely be taking my pomeranian back. The premises are open and clean and also has a great shop if you need anything for you pet."
