"With 1 night to stay and limited daylight, choosing what to do in the Blue Mountains was overwhelming. Luckily Liz was working the desk and gave us an incredible itinerary, and even suggested a better place for us to camp. She absolutely made our trip memorable, valuable and stress free, and we're already discussing a return trip to see more. Liz, if you're reading this, you're a badass. Those were some Ritz Carlton Concierge level tips."
"11/10star service from Liz. She absolutley nailed it with what we should/could do in our quick 1 night stop over in the blue mountains. Nailed the brief entirely and made us feel so happy and confident setting out on our journey! Worthy stop."
"Today we stopped in at the Glenbrook Visitor Information Center on our travels to the Blue Mountains. We were greeted by Benjamin who was so amazingly helpful. He set us up with maps to guide our day and was a wealth of information. We had an amazing day as a result, so we just had to mention our experience and recommend to anyone like us, stop in and say hi to Benjamin! Cheers"
"Normally this is a great visitors centre where the staff take time to help you choose the right walk for your particular needs. Today, the gentleman staff member didn’t seem to want to do more than sell me the blue mountains guide book. He was dismissive in manner and not generous with his time. No one else was waiting for help, so no reason for the substandard service."
"Might as well had a self-service kiosk. My dad and I was in there for over 5 min and wasn't even greeted. No one else was there prior. The two staff members were just having a conversation about this and that. My dad even approached the counter twice without even acknowledgement. They did have a lot of pamphlets for various area of Blue Mountains and then gave suggestions for short hikes. Next time in Australia, will try another visitor center."
