"Absolutely shocking !!! I hate when people claim to be animal loving but are actually money loving and profit driven. Got recommended to them by friends. They were nice to start off . As soon as they know my dog has a condition, which makes it harder for him to deal with stress and needs gentleness, they suddenly are booked out and don’t take new clients. For those who really love your pets, please reconsider before you go. I’m glad this happens to me before I hand over my dog to someone who doesn’t have genuine love for animals. Business comes first for them. Your fur babies are just numbers to their cheque books. Very disappointed."
"This is BY FAR the best dog grooming salon! The service has been impecable from the very begining. The salon is quite booked out (and for good reason!) so I went on a waiting list and also booked the next available date for a groom. Whenever there was a booking available I was notifed and given the opportunity to take the booking. On Sunday I took my little puppy in and the whole team was absolutely AMAZING! The groom was perfect and they handled our little boy with such love and kindness. Before dropping my pup we discussed what they would do and how much hair to take off him. I have another booking for Romeo in 6 weeks and we can't wait to take him in. I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my little boy."
