"Great service and excellent range of products."
"Stay away from this place. They get so many things wrong & want you to pay for them to fix it up. Staff & manager are arrogant & have no client relation. Would not recommend to anyone."
"Best Roofing supply shop in the business. I have been a roofer for 30 years and have had my own company for 15. Wouldn't go anywhere else."
"Just called today and selected sales and ended spoke to a bloke whom called himself Joe, grumpy, not helpful, didn’t want to send me generic info from Manufacturers, pricing, finally got him to take my email and then he complained halfway through about that….. Jeeze….. I would gladly pay not to have to deal with people like this over the phone…The owner has a real problem here if this is the first customer interaction point….they are way off the mark. Have been overseeing customer service businesses for 20 years, and this is exactly the wrong attitude and training is required. If I could give 0-Stars I would have. Would not recommend, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!"
"When you call a company and the response from staff is, "I'm sorry but we're short-staffed", you know you're best off going somewhere else. I didn't take my own advice, and was left dealing with a company who constantly make promises they can't keep eg, "it'll definitely be ready on Wednesday". Only for Wednesday to pass, and then "it'll be definitely ready by Monday", only for Monday to pass. I'm still waiting, so will purchase the same item somewhere else, and leave the metal with them to scrap. [EDITED - following the owner's response] I know it's super easy to blame covid for staff shortages, and I'm very compassionate in such cases. However, the issue I experienced had little to do with staff shortages and more to do with a bad culture within the business. To expand a little on how my order was handled; upon calling to see if the order was ready, each time I was told "yes mate that's been X days since you ordered it, it's ready". At which point, I insisted this be checked. Sure enough, it was never ready. Worse, at one stage I was flat-out lied to; "Sorry for the delay mate, but it's been cut and just needs to be folded, which will happen tomorrow". I called two days later, it had never been cut, and was never slated to be folded. It wasn't until 3 days later again that it was finally delivered - thankfully someone finally took ownership and made it happen. I don't mind waiting for things - I truly don't. If the initial delivery was 2 weeks, no sweat. But when 2 days becomes 2 weeks, it kinda screws things around (certainly in my case I had taken a day off work in the good weather to make use of the item - FWIW, this was the 5th day since ordering so I felt confident it would be ready as the initial promise was 2-3 days). A culture where things are promised and never delivered, needs to be sorted out. In the end, I collected the item as an alternate supplier gave me a realistic time frame of 1 week - so I persisted. However, it's the wrong dimensions. Oh boy..."
