"We walked in to Beaumont Tiles West Ryde hoping to settle on some floor and wall tiles for our 2 bathrooms. We walked out 90 minutes later having picked every single thing needed for both bathrooms making our selection process way easier and faster than we expected. Artti was fantastic with product knowledge of everything needed and a great eye for which items complement each other in terms of aesthetics. She was able to guide us through the process starting at tiles, then taps, shower heads, towel rails (heated and not), toilets, baths, drains, vanity and shaving cabinets all with a great eye for detail and style consistency. Having placed a large order it was inevitable that some issues would come up along the way. There were some minor snags with deliveries and Beaumont worked them out efficiently and without arguing. Unfortunately there was one major problem in relation to a vanity that was not Beaumont's fault (it was Timberline's fault) and Artti went above and beyond to sort it out as quickly as she could. Also Timberline vanities by default place left and right offset basins at a different alignment to other manufacturers and we were not aware of this fact until after our plumbers had already set out where the taps should be, Artti was able to fix this potential disaster for us. Overall a fantastic experience, what could be improved would be more attention drawn to function over form when selecting items. The biggest issue for us was that basins that sit on top of vanities (instead of sunken) can force higher placement of some taps which in turn could mean a shaving cabinet has to be placed higher up which might compromise what you would prefer. Smaller issues are that flat basins don't drain as easily as sloped bowls and require more effort to clean, also strip drains look great but get clogged easily and require frequent cleaning. None of these things necessarily mean these are bad choices but the customer should be fully informed so they can make the best choice for themselves."
