"Went to amber carringbah on a Sunday, as I’m about to do a bathroom & laundry, when I was eventually acknowledged by a sales assistant her only question was do I want grey or earthy tones, to which I replied not grey, she then proceeded to show me at least 20 different grey shades of tiles, to which I kept saying I don’t want grey. It made no difference to her, she was happy for us to leave with nothing & get on to her lunch…….. very disappointing experience, I won’t give them my money that’s for sure."

"Unhelpful, unprofessional, poor service and a nasty person I bought some porcelain pavers and plastic seats for them to sit on (they needed to order these in from a supplier). Delivery of the tiles was delayed, furthermore deliver of the plastic seats that the tiler needed to sit the pavers on was even more delayed. When they did arrive, the tiler advised me that the plastic seats were not suitable for my job and they were not the correct size. I contact the store and asked if I could get details for the supplier to see I could return them and possibly get a part refund. The owner flatly refused to assist in any way or provide details of the supplier, suggesting it was confidential and suggesting that I drop them off to him without any refund, i.e. I simply give them to him! Couldn't understand his reasoning and thought his response highlighted how poor their customer service was from start to finish. Would NOT recommend these people to anyone!"

"Great service at Amber Tiles Caringbah. I came in with no real idea of what I wanted except a concept of what I thought I wanted my outdoor space to look like. I dealt with Kane and he managed to put my ideas into motion. Gave me great advice and practical knowledge. Great follow up as well. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend."

"Extremely unhelpful and unreliable. They got our order wrong and didn't deliver all our pavers, when we pointed this out to them, they eventually agreed to send the pavers we were owed 'free' of delivery charge. The pavers were not delivered on the promised day and we are still waiting. All enquiries are referred to the owner who is never available and rarely returns calls. I would not recommend the Caringbah or the St George branch of Amber - same owner!"
