I recently moved house and had to cancel my Our Vet services with them, I was charged incorrectly after cancelling it due to debit issues. "The vet was good but they were understaffed. Including wait time getting my dog vaccinated and microchipped took 90min. It took 20min to even tell them I had arrived for my appointment the desk was so busy. There were people and their pets everywhere. The vet nurses were working way above their pay grade.
