"I go to this place every so often with random, ultra specific and probably annoying requests for small amounts of tiny things to use on guitars that fix up/alter. Certainly not huge sales, but the staff are always really helpful and most times I walk out getting what I needed (if not, its usually something specific that guitar parts companies only make)."

"Since Bomond has changed hands it has turned into a nightmare. I had never seen a line build up until now. These simpletons now working behind the counter have no pride in what they are doing and mope around the place in no hurry. Even if you're lucky and they find your bolt/nut which I have no confidence in anymore, it will take them a light-year to return to the counter. A serious shame."
