"They shaved him completely head to toe totally unnecessarily. He had a matted tail and some small areas on a couple of his legs but I’d brushed him twice that week and his body fur was fine. It’s the middle of winter we had to get him a jacket. It seems they didn’t have time or couldn’t be bothered to do it properly now his coat is ruined. We’ve been here before and they did a good job, I don’t know what happened this time."

"I had asked for my dog to be trimmed two months ago. It was way too short and her head was not proportionate with her body. The worst part was that the groomer has cut off her left sided lashes, her lashes used to look so long and now they are uneven. Her left sided lashes still to date have not grown back to the way it used to be. **Do not recommend for their lack of care and attention to detail!**"
