"The only reason why I came here was twas near my apartment even though they have a bad repo locally. My cavoodle is traumatized and she hates stepping in that place. I thought it was just because she hates being groomed, but i realized that it was not the case when i brought her to another groomer in pacific hwy. I was asking how much it was for her tidy and was being charged 90$. I asked what's the cost comprised of as the full groom was $100, they immediately shut me down and told me to go to another groomer. So so rude! Just an average grooming place with egoistic ladies. They have no passion for animals, just business unfortunately :( not to mention customer service."
