"I literally had to wait for more than an hour. Its ridiculous how the queue runs. Super unorganised and unproductive causing everyone to wait for a long time."
"Horrible experience. Very rude staff. I wish I could give no stars. I'm very upset by how I was treated. Almost like an animal. I sat for a whole hour with an old man next to me waiting for our turns, a young man comes in and pushes through the line, I allowed it since it was going to be quick question. The man takes half an hour to finish!!! The employee's desk is just at the front of us and we were seen waiting. The employee did not check-in and does not acknowledge or apologise, then proceeds to tell us that I need a passport to check flight pricing!! I never needed that in the past. So, I waited over an hour without anyone checking on me, just so that they tell us to get my passport. The old man next to me became very agitated as well."
