"We have enjoyed having Jessie Mitchell look after our travel arrangements for quite a few years now. Even when she was away in Canada for a couple of years she arranged with other staff at Camden to look after us. Jessie goes out of her way to let us know deals which we might be interested in and always gets great bargains. She has also arranged bookings for other family members and gives them the same great service. Recently we had a health problem in Vietnam causing us to cancel flights and accommodation. Jessie arranged replacement flights at very short notice and made sure that travel insurers information needs were covered.
