"I will be looking for a new vet as the service experienced today was nothing short of frustrating. My appointment was 12pm for my dog’s injection, I arrived before 12pm and continued to wait until 12:15pm where the next appointment was taken in before me. I was told because I was ‘late’ for appointment that I needed to reschedule, whereas in actual fact I was on time and the gate buzzer did not notify the vet team I was in the waiting room. I was blamed for their issues and had to firmly negotiate for the vet to see my dog. Frustrating service and won’t return. Make sure you slam the gate as apparently that is what sets off the buzzer for the vet team to know you arrived."
