Metroll 165 Airds Road, Minto, New South Wales 2560

"Purchased directly through Metroll at Minto thinking buying direct my fencing requirements and needing the material with fast turnaround I was requested to email a quote of my required material. Upon ordering I received the incorrect infill sheets in which I advised back and was sent the correct infill fencing sheet. Thinking I could finally complete my fence I then commenced installing the fence infill sheets only to find mixed within my 18 sheets which was requested in Ironestone Colour, was two sheets of Woodland Grey or some other colour ( blueish, grey) . Not only was my original order incorrect now this sloppy by business does not even check customers orders before dispatching. Very poor service, very poor quality checks, I will never use Metroll Minto again."

"Horrible experience, indicated item was in stock. Drove 1hr to Campbelltown branch and had to wait 45mins for Trish to return from lunch. Then waited another 1hr for the warehouse to indicate they did not have the item. Furthermore was told they could get the item but as soon as I drove the hour back home was received an sms indicating they could not source the item and I have to go back to the Campbelltown branch for a refund. Really horrible service and they do not seem apologetic at all. Strongly recommend against using this company."

"I bought two sheds from Sheds & Homes of South Nowra, for two different properties. This company doesn't manufacture the sheds, instead they source the components from Metroll. Metroll's delivery performance was a disaster. Both times they failed to deliver a number of crucial components, which meant that they had to send another truck to deliver them weeks later. The end result was that it took months for Sheds and Homes to build both sheds. We contacted Metroll to complain about their bad service. The person responsible for despatching the materials from the warehouse was rude, unapologetic and dismissive."

"We have been dealing with Metroll for more than five years. Only most recently we had a bit of trouble with the accuracy of the product. David from Metroll's production department jump on the problem straight away and went extra miles to make sure the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. We are really happy with David and the team's professionalism and customer service. Will surely keep being a loyal customer for a long time and will not hesitate to recommend Metroll to anyone."

"Bad advice, incorrect invoice, no exchange allowed. We were required to get dark grey fences (wallaby, which isn't actually available in fences.) They advised us to get woodland grey and quoted $1700. Placed the order over phone the following day but were told woodland grey isn't available, advised us to get 'windspray' which is 'the closest to wallaby you can get,' and then we were charged $2300, however the invoice was corrected almost straight away. The fence turned up and was almost white meaning we can't use it, so now we have to order another fence and we're $1700 out of pocket because they refuse to exchange or refund. Apparently they can't sell the panels and posts again even though they're all a standard size and in prefect, untouched condition. Go elsewhere, this was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen."
