"staff were nice, booking flights were easy with springwood nsw store, but trying to get hold of them again via phone is impossible, been calling for 4 days and cant get through, all i want to do is try and change my flight date, dont see the point in having a store if you cant talk to anyone unless i drive for ages to get to the store( not near where i live). no email address for the store so i could at least email them, turned me off using a store ever again"
