"Terrible customer service. I ordered an awning and had so many color damages . When I asked for refund or exchange they brought up so many excuses. They said you probably left it outside under the sun and wet area. My answer was this is an colorbond awning and meant to be installed in outdoor area! Anyway Stay away from this company if you want good quality products and services."

"Terrible customer service, they don't know how to read plans or understand instructions and when wrong order was given theh changed there stories so many times and blamed I ordered it wrong , when proven with the invoice they blamed the standards are different, simply wont refund or exchange, also check the products as they will blame you for damages that were wrapped in plastic and u wont know till u open it on job, so very dodgy and rude owner. Gonna get fair trading involved."
