"Absolutely terrible! They have just recently taken over as the estate agent for the property in which I lease. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Made a request (as per the utility companies advise) to get the gas checked for a leak and something odd was going on regarding the gas and they said that the request will only be covered IF the plumber find a problem, if they find there is no fault though, all call out fees and costs will be on me! Not only that but within the first week they have rudely been demanding I go out of my way and get copies of the keys cut for them and I pay for it and if I give them the invoice they will take it off my next rent payment? They have also been demanding I send copies of the condition report. Never ones even asked nicely or if I was able to do any of these things…..now I’m sorry but I do not feel it is the tenant’s responsibility to do said things. The previous realestate would have all of this information as well as keys and things for you. It looks very unprofessional and the manner in which I have been told I HAVE to do these thing in is appalling!! I just wish I knew that actual owners and I would express my concerns deeply with this kind of rude and unprofessional manner in which they operate. Unfortunately D&J Property but it is not my problem that you are unable to do your job….however in future reference if you aren’t able to do what is required of you then maybe consider KINDLY approaching a tenant, explaining the situation and why it is you need something from then that is not actually their responsibility, and then politely ASK if they would be able to help you out….do not come at them guns blazing barking orders!"
