"The two buildings have overall been built to a high quality, however there are design flaws within many apartments. Eg. Study desk nook with no power point, microwave cabinets with no power, pantry too narrow to fit a any microwave, bathrooms opening right next to the kitchen etc etc The apartment living areas are on the smaller side and kitchens are extremely small and useless. Great soundproofing between apartments. Many of the apartments look direct into each other, so limited privacy. No guest parking on site and limited nearby. All apartments even the 3 bedroom have only 1 car space. Residence of the building however are lovely and Brian the cleaner/maintance is helpful and friendly. I would recommend the apartments for young singles/couples who like to eat out a lot."
