"I'd give these guys less stars if I could. Unprofessional, deceptive, and they simply only care about gouging money from their customers. Took my dog in for a groom (which to be fair they fit him in last minute). Showed them a picture of my dog from a previous groom that they themselves did and even offered to text them the picture for reference but they said nah don't worry. Got my dog back with a buzz cut instead (which I specifically told them I didn't want and which double coated dogs are not meant to have). Tried to gaslight me that we agreed on this and charged me extra because they had to "snap on" a comb on the trimmer (whatever that means). I told them they should've at least called me before they provided this "extra" service. Their reply: oh yeh we'll put a note on our system for next time."

"Absolutely love this salon, thea does a banging job every single time on my toy poodle. He has been getting groomed here for a year every 3 weeks and I have never been disappointed."
"First few grooms were great, however on our last groom here we shockingly found a new wound under our dog's arm after we had picked her up, hair cut seemed abit rushed and uneven aswell despite the prolonged period it took for her to get her groom done compared to usual. Not sure if our dog was hurt and then consequently anxious/non compliant about the groom. We received an apology after messaging them about finding the wound - however are left saddened that this wasn't noticed by the groomer (it was obviously a fresh wound and our dog was licking it alot) and we had to be the ones to find it when we got her back. Very disappointing, we won't be returning after that experience."
"Very unprofesdional. I paid extra for a nice styling as we are going to have a party and we wanted our puppy to have a very nice shape, I explained that I dont want them to cut my puppy's hair short and just organising and adjusting his shape, but they made us shocked as they had cut the hairs very very short and shaped him to look like a baby cat not a dog. They even didnt cut the long hairs on tows."
