"I placed an order with four items that were available for immediate shipping - three out of four items were delivered over one week later, with no information on the fourth item. I emailed customer service to find out about the fourth item and never heard back from them (no phone number to call - the physical shops and the online store are different entities). Over two weeks after the order was placed, I received another package - this time, the item was not what I ordered but an incorrect item. I then emailed again to find out what was happening with my missing item and still have not heard anything back. Called one of the stores and the staff told me I have to continue to email the online customer service team. It's now been over a month and I still have not received my order that I have paid for. I have written many emails and no one is responding. Four and a half weeks later and my order has still not been fulfilled. Probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had - will never shop with this company again."
