I had high hopes when I walked in, but I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. To put it simply, the new barber seemed inexperienced and clueless. They had no idea what they were doing, and it showed in the final result. My haircut turned out uneven and messy, as if they were rushing through it. I only asked for a simple trim, but what I got was a disaster that I'll have to deal with for weeks. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The new barber showed no interest in listening to my preferences or giving any guidance. It felt like they were just going through the motions, without any care for how I wanted my hair to look. It was a really disappointing experience overall. What bothered me the most was the lack of attention to detail. The barber seemed careless and didn't pay attention to the little things that make a haircut look clean and precise. The final result was far from what I had in mind, and I left feeling completely unsatisfied. I've been a loyal customer here for a while, and it's really disheartening to write such a negative review. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues. Other customers shouldn't have to go through the same disappointing haircut experience. To sum it up, my recent visit for a haircut with the new barber was a huge letdown. The lack of skill, attention to detail, and overall professionalism left me extremely dissatisfied. "I would give 0 stars if it was possible! That was the worst hair cut I had in my entire life. Even after I told exactly how I wanted my hair to be done and showed pictures, they do the exact opposite. There is no fade whatsoever, the lines are done poorly. I wanted to cut the hair on top just a little and not trim the beard. Guess what happened? He just trims my whole beard and cuts half of my hair on top. He needed over an hour for the hair cut and it was clear that they don’t have an idea on how to actually cut hair. Worst experience in my life and they charge $50 for this. Unbelievable!!!"
