"Home apartments have quality issues in some of the rooms on the west side - building D1. Faulty aircon for three months during a hot Aussie summer. We have paid premium rent to live in an oven. Inside room temperature is over 30+ degrees, and it's very unhealthy and dangerous. Safe standards recommend 25 degrees max inside apartments for comfortable and safe living. Sadly, companies like Hacer (construction company) and home apartments (management) use the rental crisis in Australia to scam and abuse tenants for greed and profit."

The Home Apartment staff (Lisa Fleming in particular) are extremely professional and I couldn’t recommend the building more!"
