"Saw Dr Singh. He was lovely and explained everything EXEPT THE PRICE OF TESTS PRIOR TO PERFORMING THEM! I received a rude shock when I went to pay the bill of $462! The test were largely inconclusive and I would liked to have known prior so I could’ve made a decision on whether to proceed. Provided this feedback to the lovely vet nurse, who sympathised with me. Really disappointed."
"Will take my cat elsewhere. Didn't chip my cat when she was rescued and brought there, but still produced a chip certificate. Now they say the chip could have fallen off, and put a new one in. But they never admit their negligence in the first place and that rubbed me the wrong way. Never received an apology."
