"Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Rashays recently, and I feel compelled to share it in this review. I initially tried to place my order through the app, but encountered technical difficulties, so I decided to go to the restaurant and order in person. Upon arrival, I approached the manager to discuss the ongoing issue with the app, and to my surprise, she acknowledged that other customers had faced the same problem. It was disheartening to learn that this issue had persisted for months, despite being previously reported. Moving on, I proceeded to order two customized peri peri pizzas with pineapple, feta, and chili as add-ons, along with two kids meals that included drinks and ice cream. I was informed that the order would take approximately 15 minutes, so I patiently waited on the side. However, after 35 minutes passed without any updates, I approached the counter to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, I discovered that the food had been ready inside the kitchen for 20 minutes, yet nobody had bothered to bring it out or inform me. No apologies were offered, nor was there an offer to redo the order or even reheat the food that had grown cold while I waited in the chilly winter weather. Reluctant to make a scene, I collected my order silently and left. However, upon reaching home, I found that the pizzas were cold, with a thick, doughy, and unappetizing crust that was difficult to chew. Additionally, the feta I had paid for as an add-on was missing entirely. To make matters worse, the drinks and ice cream that were supposed to accompany the kids' meals were nowhere to be found. Overall, my experience at Rashays was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, the cold and unenjoyable food, and the missing items from my order left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving their service and customer satisfaction."

"Was here for breakfast. There isnt a massive breakfsdt menu but it was good enough. Food was good and it wasn't as expensive as i thought it was going to be. I rarely go out for breakfast and this was an impulse decision and it didnt disappoint, but nothing overly special. The tomato relish that came with the dish was actually very good. The sourdough bread was pretty well made as well. I also was given an extra tea bag in case i wanted my tea stronger which I did so that was also a bonus."

"Really horrible value, based on my meal, the menu and ever fewer experiences over the years. $35 for microwave veggies and a tiny well done steak. The lunch special at Volcanoes, as a point of reference, is literally 3 or 4 times better value, and probably that many times better. I would upload a pic of that too, but dont want people to think that's from here. Rest assured, it was great and I go back often, unlike here, which has sadly become a last resort. Now the steak itself - I asked for medium. Got well done. I left about half the tiny steak and told the staff. Was not offered or given any discount. See pics. Wish I could get my money back."
